Description

The subject of the contract is: - construction of a municipal public road marked in the LSDP as KDL.4 at Mila Street, road class L, length approx. 434.50 m, 6.0 m wide roadway with a pavement and bicycle path (at least 70 % of coloured cube and up to 30 % of grey cube should be included in the pavement surface, the design should be agreed with the Municipal Greenery Board in Rzeszów), - construction/reconstruction of a rainwater drainage system made of PP and PVC pipes together with concrete sewage wells,- construction/reconstruction of lighting,- reconstruction of telecommunication,- reconstruction of gas network,- reconstruction of low voltage Nn cables,- protection/reconstruction of medium voltage Sn cables,- construction of culvert under the crown of the road on the existing ditch.The contract in question does not cover the construction/reconstruction of a sanitary sewerage system or a water supply system, or the reconstruction of a part of the electricity network. The scope of works should be performed in accordance with the attached foreframes of works. The task will be performed on the basis of the decision no. 1170/2018 of the President of the City of Rzeszów approving the construction design and granting the building permit of 20.12.2018, mark: AR.6740.62.118.2018.SN62.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is determined by: 1) technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works under construction, technical documentation, foreframes of works; 2) a specimen contract with annexes.
