Subcontracting is permitted up to a limit of 40% of the value of the contract, pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 18 of Legislative Decree no. 32/2019, converted into Law no. 55/2019. Payments relating to the work carried out by the subcontractor shall be borne by the contractor, except as provided for in art. 105, paragraph 13 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.
