RMSO - Disposal of Oily Waste

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence and Canadian Coast Guard has a requirement for a contractor to supply labour, material and equipment necessary to pump out and dispose of oily bilge water, waste oil, fuels and sludge from tanks and bilges on board various vessels in the Nova Scotia area on an urgent and as and when requested basis.

Services will primarily occur within Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM); however, services may, on occasion, have to be performed at locations outside this geographic area.

The period of the Standing Offer is required for a period of one year with two option years.

A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract. Canada does not guarantee that the full amount, or that any amount, will be called-up on any resulting RMSO.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
