The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.Brief Description of Work -  The Region is inviting Bids from qualified Bidders to provide goods and services for Oil-Grit Separator Structure Cleaning, Including Disposal of Collected Liquid and Solid Materials at Various Locations in the RegionMeeting:  A site visit / information meeting will not be held for this RFT.Mandatory Requirements:  The Supplier shall submit to the Region, as part of the Bidder's Bid, the following documentation:1.  a complete copy of a current and valid Waste Management System approval or instrument for the Supplier to transport the material collected from the Oil-Grit Separator Structure cleaning activities.2.  a complete copy of a current and valid Certificate of Approval (C of A) or Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) issued by the MECP for the receiving waste disposal site.3.  Equipment Information ListDEPOSIT:Bid Bond(Digital Bond):  All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $75,000.00 in the form of a digital Bid Bond from a recognized guarantee or surety company acceptable to the Region and authorized by law to do business in the Province of Ontario. The form of Bid Bond acceptable to the Region is attached as Appendix I.Undertaking to Bond(Digital Bond) : Bidders shall submit a digital Undertaking to Bond with their Bid. The Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Estimated Contract Price.
