Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time as established by the Research Council of Canada.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Contract Administration and Site Inspection Services for the South Maple Reservoir Phase 2 Construction as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:For the Project, the Consultant shall retain one of the pre-qualified On-Site and Excess Soil Management Qualified Persons, as a Subconsultant to perform the Qualified Person scope of work in compliance with Ontario Regulation 406/19 for On-site and Excess Soil Management.
