Honeywell Federal Manufacturing and Technologies (FM&T) LLC, Kansas City National Security Campus, a Management and Operating (M&O) Contractor for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), in performance of work under Prime Contract Number DE-NA0002839, through its organization, the Supply Chain Management Center (SCMC), seeks to develop a list of sources to establish a Strategic Sourcing Agreement for Talent Management and Recruitment Services for the National Security Enterprise (NSE). Capabilities Statements submitted in response to this announcement will be reviewed as part of our market research process to assist in developing a source list for a future solicitation. This announcement is based on the best information available, may be subject to change, and in no way commits SCMC to pursue an acquisition to establish such an Agreement, nor include a responding firm on a future source list. Also, SCMC is not obligated to provide feedback as to why a respondent is or is not included on any source list resulting from this announcement. This announcement is issued for planning purposes. Submission of a response is strictly voluntary. SCMC will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this market survey.
