Licensee shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise described herein), and shall establish and operate the food service facility, for the purpose of dispensing food, non-alcoholic beverages and other such items as may be authorized by the Regional Concessions Manager in accordance with all items and conditions specified herein. Service shall be prompt, efficient and courteous and shall avoid undue interference with the operation of the building in which services are provided for the following buildings:

A. Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, located at 40 Foley Square, Lower Lobby, New York, NY 10007; and
B. Daniel Patrick Moynihan United States Courthouse, located at 500 Pearl Street, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10007
Licensee shall provide:
1. Breakfast and lunch to building occupants and the general public;
2. Jury Meals and morning and afternoon Jury refreshments/snacks;
3. Work Day Catering (under 50 attendees), between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays);
4. Plated lunches in each of the two Judicial Dining Rooms and provide servers and china service for these seating.
Licensee will have the opportunity for consideration for weekend and evening catering.
