Description

Delegation of public service for the operation of the town's fair markets by means of leasing. Main tasks entrusted to the delegatee: operation and management of the fair markets, administrative and financial management of the service, operation of the fair markets (including, in particular, placement, animation, promotion, compliance with the internal regulations, cleaning and waste removal), maintenance of the equipment in perfect working order, role of advice and reporting to the city services. The delegatee will carry out the delegated activity at its own risk and will be remunerated directly by the revenue collected from users. It will be subject to the payment of an annual fee for occupying the public domain paid to the local authority. The delegatee will be responsible for taking over the staff of the public service delegation under the conditions provided for by the labour code.
