Description

The delegate will be responsible for all public service tasks relating to the development and operation of a gourmet hall on the site of the Annecy Stud Farm under the conditions defined in the delegation's specifications. The delegation contract will come into force upon notification. The delegation will end at the end of an effective operating period of twenty years, starting from the opening date of the Hall. The city shall make available to the delegatee the premises and equipment defined in the specifications, the delegatee shall, by appropriate means, ensure the continuity of the service and equal access to this public service. All premises and equipment are made available to the delegatee in return for the payment of an annual fee. The city may also receive a profit-sharing payment in the form of a percentage of the delegate's annual turnover excluding tax, with a guaranteed minimum.
