Description
Vrijburgh is an expansion location that should make a major contribution to the desired housing production in the municipality of Smallingerland.Vrijburgh is being developed in phases. The 2nd phase is now about to be realized. Vrijburgh phase 2 is divided into 3 residential areas: south, middle and central. This tender relates to the development of Midden.The obligations consist mainly of the following (for own account and risk of the buyer):- Purchase and transfer of the land from the municipality- Set up and execute the sales procedures for the houses- Finalize the design of the houses within the program of requirements of the municipality- Prepare the realization- Apply for the environmental permit and other necessary permits;- Realization of the houses in accordance with the agreed planning;- Issue the realized houses to the future owners;- Impose the obligation of self-occupancy of the houses to the future owners.
For Vrijburgh phase 2 (VB2), about 150 homes can be built, divided into 3 residential areas. In the process, homes will be developed for several target groups of the policy (housing vision). The Municipality offers space to the market for this development. For Vrijburgh phase 2, a combination of project-based owner-occupied homes in the affordable and mid-priced segment applies. In addition, the plan provides for free sector construction, the expensive segment, with building lots being issued to private individuals, and a portion of social housing is also planned.Vrijburgh phase 2 is divided into 3 residential areas: south, middle and Middle. This tender relates to the development of the Midden residential area.
