Description

the consultation is the subject of a relaunch. The present consultation is organized within the framework of the renewal of several markets having for object the cleaning of the buildings of the City of Courbevoie, the Spl for the Centre Evènementiel et Culturel (Spl Cec) as well as the establishment Vacances Animations Loisirs (Val) of Courbevoie. The consultation is placed in open tender in application of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161- of the Code of the public order
the Framework Agreement is concluded at mixed prices and is as follows:- a fixed price part- a purchase order part for the performance of specific and/or exceptional services. This part is concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 150,000 euro(s) exclusive of tax in application of article R. 2162-4 2° of the Public Order Code. This part is concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 20,000 euro(s) exclusive of tax in application of article R. 2162-4 2° of the Public Order Code. This part is concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 50,000 euro(s) excluding tax pursuant to Article R. 2162-4 2° of the Public Order Code.
