The framework agreement is a multiple framework agreement with reopening of competition as referred to in art. 43, §5, 3° of the Public Procurement Act of June 17, 2016.The services requested by the Contracting Authority, further referred to as subcontracts, are ordered by means of a specific agreement within the multiple framework agreement. The partial contract shall be awarded on the basis of a renewed call for competition among the contractors. The exact timing and scope of the services to be provided within a partial contract cannot be specified in advance. This information shall be made available at the latest at the time of a renewed call for competition. The specific agreement for the partial contract establishes the terms and conditions for the execution of the partial contract, such as the nature of the services, the price, the duration, the place of execution, etc.
