The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Tucson, AZ intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: Replacement of the Washers and Dryers. The contract type is a firm-fixed price.  Solicitation has been set aside for Total Small Business.  A site visit is scheduled on September 17, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.  Attached Cover Letter contains details.  The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, which is considered most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered.  Expected Date of Award is September 26, 2019.  Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.sam.gov.  All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer, which will be considered for award.  The due date is September 23, 2019, 2:00 p.m. Arizona Time.  The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.  Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available.  The site provides downloading instructions.  All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.  Interested parties are responsible for
