Description

The scope of services for part of order no. 1 includes in particular: a) Periodic inspections and diagnostics of vehicles in the scope resulting from the period of exploitation together with replacement of necessary oil, filters, operating fluids, and parts, including brake pads, discs, shields, etc., as well as replacement of the necessary oil, filters, operating fluids, and parts, including brake pads, discs, shields, etc., as well as the maintenance and repair of vehicles.b) Performing all reported current repairs of vehicles covered by the order; c) Performing major repairs and current repairs resulting from failures, accidents, road collisions; d) Performing additional repairs disclosed as a result of inspections; e) Removing sudden failures resulting from the use of vehicles;f) Supply of spare parts and accessories necessary for the proper functioning of the vehicle, including their installation; g) Tyre service, including replacement of tyres or wheels with balancing and purchase of new tyres, including their installation and possible wheel geometry; h) Body and paint work; i) Diagnostics, maintenance and repair of air-conditioning systems.The quantity and value of services actually performed by the Contractor during the term of the contract with the Purchaser shall result only from the actual needs reported by the Purchaser on an ongoing basis. The performance of the service by the Contractor shall take place by placing an instruction by the Ordering Party. The scope of services includes in particular: s) Periodic warranty inspection performed in accordance with the requirements of the car manufacturer in order to maintain the conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.t) Carrying out additional repairs revealed as a result of inspections;u) Carrying out repairs resulting from failures, accidents, road collisions;v) Delivery of spare parts and accessories necessary for the proper functioning of the vehicle, including their installation;w) Tyre service, including replacement of tyres or wheels with balancing and purchase of new tyres with their installation and possible wheel geometry;The number and value of services actually performed by the Contractor during the term of the contract with the Awarding Entity shall result only from actual needs reported by the Awarding Entity on an ongoing basis. The performance of the service by the Contractor shall take place by placing an instruction by the Ordering Party.
