Description
The basic repair and inspection (main inspection - "HU") are to be carried out on 59 traction and running bogies of the SN 2001 tram railcars (Bombardier Flexity Classic; standard gauge 1435mm, secondary suspension: HP spring). The place of performance, including all necessary transport to and from the works, is Schwerin.
The required services include, among others, the complete dismantling, sandblasting and repair of the bogie frames and cradles, crack inspections and measurements also of the wheelset shafts, repairs, transmission repair, renewal of hydraulic and electrical lines, basic repair of the traction motors up to the pressure level test after assembly as well as documentation of all work.
