Repair of the Avionics Busbox (ABB)/Ethernet Bridge in support of the HH-60G Helicopter Program
This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing the Avionics Busbox (ABB)/Ethernet Bridge in support of the HH-60G Helicopter Program. The item to be repaired is the following: Noun: Avionics Busbox (ABB)/Ethernet Bridge; NSN 5895-01-610-3177GC; Part number: AB2151/PMC05. The ABB serves as an interface between the Situational Awareness Data Link (SADL) Radio and the HH-60G 1553 Data Bus. The period of performance shall consist of a basic one-year period after contract award plus four one-year ordering periods. The total best estimated quantity is 30 each over a total of 5 years.

The Government intends to award this effort to Ballard Technology, Inc, CAGE: 0H231, 11400 Airport Road, Ste 201 Everett, WA, 98204-8711, UNITED STATES. This award will be made as a sole source award since proprietary data rights exist and the government doesn't have data rights for this particular item. This will be awarded using the exception to full and open competition as per FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
