Description
The object of the service is the system service for the IT system existing at the AG. In particular, the Contractor must provide the services listed below: Operation/maintenance of mail servers, file servers, WLAN; operation/maintenance of employees' workstations, especially installation of software, hardware, etc.; establishment and maintenance of IT security, especially operation of a backup system, protection against malware and external attacks; administration and monitoring of used licenses; training of employees in the case of specific innovations; administration of user accounts including specific assignment of rights; administration and maintenance of issued hardware.
