REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF ASPHALT PAVING




SUMMARY OF WORK REQUIRED
The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION (Commission scolaire Marie-Victorin) wishes to establish an execution contract on request with a contractor for asphalt paving repair and rehabilitation work for all the buildings of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION, covering the cities of Longueuil, Brossard and Saint-Lambert. The ENTREPRENEUR shall perform the Repair and Rehabilitation Work on Asphalt Paving in accordance with the Quotation, at the unit prices indicated in the Price Schedule.
The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION does not undertake to accept any of the bids received.
Bidding Documents can only be obtained through the electronic bidding system (www.seao.ca).
Bid Security: The BIDDER must provide a bid security equivalent to FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total price proposed in his Bid. This bid security must be submitted in one of the following forms: (a) a guarantee issued in favour of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION by a Financial Institution, which must comply with the provisions of the model bid guarantee set out in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form; (b) an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favour of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION by a Financial Institution, which must comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" set out in Appendix 4.01B of the bid form.
The bid security must be valid for the entire period of validity of the Bids.










DURATION OF THE CONTRACT:
The Contract is for a period of three (3) years, from November 1, 2019 to October 31, 2022.
