Description

The subject of the order are the following services: periodic inspections recommended by the manufacturer with replacement of subassemblies and repairs of medical equipment for radiotherapy: high-energy accelerators (3 units) and radiotherapy simulator (1 unit) produced by Varian Medical Systems, which is owned by the Frederic Chopin Clinical Radiotherapy Department of the Regional Hospital No. 1 in Rzeszów.2The list of medical equipment and the scope of maintenance activities is presented in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to the ToR, which is an integral part of this ToR, for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the contract.3 In section II.2.7) The duration of a contract, a framework agreement or a dynamic purchasing system is 36 months and should be: Order completion date: 36 months from the date of signing the contract. The date of periodic reviews of medical equipment should be agreed directly with the user of the equipment or the Head of the Medical Equipment Department.
