France - Repair and maintenance services of security equipment

Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide maintenance services for fire protection systems installed in all administrative buildings in the Greater East Region of Alsace. 5 buildings are located in Strasbourg, 2 in Illkirch-Graffenstaden, 2 in Saverne, 2 in Mulhouse, 1 in Colmar and 1 in Sélestat. Approximately 317 fire extinguishers (CO2, water, powder), 631 autonomous emergency lighting bollards and 17 smoke extraction systems are currently in place in the various Alsatian premises. This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change: single-attributor framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded without minimum amount and for a maximum annual amount of EUR 50,000 (excluding VAT). The purpose of this contract is to provide maintenance services for fire protection systems installed in all administrative buildings in the Grand Est Region in the Champardennais region. 4 buildings are located in Châlons-en-Champagne, 1 in Saint-Martin-sur-le-Pré, 1 in Bar-le-Duc, 1 in Saint-Dizier, 1 in Chaumont, 1 in Troyes, 1 in Charleville-Mézières and 1 in Tinqueux. Some of them, the list of which is mentioned in the special technical specifications, are currently unoccupied or work is in progress. They will be the subject of future services. About 198 fire extinguishers (CO2, water, powder), 564 autonomous emergency lighting bollards and 24 smoke extraction systems are currently in place in the various Champardennais premises. This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change: single-attributor framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded without minimum amount and for a maximum annual amount of EUR 25,000 (excluding VAT). The purpose of this contract is to provide maintenance services for fire protection systems installed in all the administrative buildings of the Grand Est Region in Lorrain. 5 buildings are located in Metz, 2 in Épinal, 1 in Moyeuvre-Grande, 1 in Nancy and 1 in Verdun. 383 extinguishers (CO2, water, powder), 22 armed fire hydrants, 748 autonomous emergency lighting hydrants and 41 smoke extraction systems are currently in place in the various Lorrains premises. This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change: single-attributor framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded without minimum amount and for a maximum annual amount of EUR 50,000 (excluding VAT).
