Poland - Repair and maintenance services of rolling stock

Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the performance of repairs at maintenance level P4 of the diesel railcars of VT627 series and the work beyond the regular scope of repair at maintenance level P4, including the completion of defects.2) The subject matter of the contract covers repairs of 4 diesel railcars of VT627-101, 102, 104, 105 series.
Detailed method of contract execution has been specified in Draft Contract Provisions, constituting annex no. 11 to SWZ (Terms of Reference) and in appendices to PPU.2. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject matter of the contract be provided by the Contractor, who has implemented quality management system based on IRIS standard (ISO/TS 22163) in the scope of maintenance of railroad vehicles. The subject matter of the contract shall be performed in compliance with standards of quality, reliability and technical safety, according to such standard.3 The Contracting Authority requires for each whole rail bus after the repair in maintenance level P4 to provide quality warranty for the period of at least 12 months, counting from the date of signing the protocol of rail bus commission acceptance.4The Contracting Authority requires that the contract be completed by December 31, 2022.4 The Contracting Authority requires that each rail bus be repaired to Maintenance Level P4 within a period not to exceed 55 calendar days from the date the rail bus is delivered for repair.C.d. Section VI.315. If the Economic Operator has a registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of:a) information from the National Court Register (KRK), referred to in Section III.1.3 item 14 letter a) of the publication - he submits information from the appropriate register, such as a court register, court of registration, etc. a) information from the National Court Register (KRK) referred to in Section III.1.3 item 14, point a) of the publication - shall submit, instead of:a) information from the National Court Register, such as a court register, or in case of lack of such register - another equivalent document issued by a competent judicial or administrative authority of the country in which the Economic Operator has its registered seat or place of residence, within the scope mentioned in Section III.1.3 item 14, point a) of the publication.7(c) of the publication - shall submit information from the relevant register containing information on its actual beneficiaries or, in case there is no such register, any other equivalent document issued by a competent judicial or administrative authority of the country in which the Economic Operator has its registered seat or place of residence, identifying its actual beneficiaries,c) certificate mentioned in Section III.1.8(d), certificate or other document confirming that the Economic Operator is not in arrears with payment of social or health insurance premiums mentioned in Section III.2(e), or.2(e), or an extract or information from the National Court Register or the National Official Register of Companies (CEIDG) referred to in Section VI.3 b) has not entered into liquidation, has not been declared bankrupt, has not had its assets administered by a liquidator or by the court, has not entered into an arrangement with creditors, has not suspended business activities, and is not in any analogous situation arising from a similar procedure under the law of the place where that procedure is to be instituted referred to in point 15(a) should be issued no earlier than 6 months before its submission. The documents referred to in item 15 point b) and c) shall be issued not earlier than 3 months prior to their submission.17. Provisions concerning documents, if in the country where the Economic Operator has its seat or place of residence the documents referred to in item 15 are not issued, are contained in Chapter IX item 14 point 6 of the SWZ.18.An Economic Operator who relies on technical or professional skills or financial standing of entities making available their resources pursuant to provisions specified in Art. 118 of the PPL Act, shall present subjective evidence referred to in Section III.1.3 item 14 points a), c) - g) Announcement, regarding these entities, confirming that there are no grounds for exclusion from the proceedings with regard to these entities, which were provided for the Economic Operator,19) To entities providing resources pursuant to the provisions of Article 118 of the PPL Act, having a seat or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of points 15-17 shall apply respectively.
