Description

Entrusting of the integrated management services of the technical-scientific equipment in use at the IZSSi headquarters and territorial areas. The contract concerns basic services, remunerated with a periodic fee and related to services to be carried out with the continuity indicated in the tender documents, and services on request concerning services to be carried out with the prior indication of the contracting station.
Entrusting of integrated management services of the technical-scientific equipment in use at the IZSSi headquarters and territorial areas.Total estimated value: EUR 10 840 000.00 excluding VAT pursuant to art. 35 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.The total four-year amount based on the tender is equal to EUR 3 200 000.00 net of VAT and/or other taxes and legal contributions, of which EUR 10 000.00 as charges for the elimination of interference risks described in the relevant DUVRI attached to the tender documentation.Pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. 50/2016, the amount placed on the basis of the auction includes the cost of labour that the contracting station has estimated at EUR 565 972.00 (specifically EUR 512 048.64 referring to no. 5 full-time fourth level technical operators and no. 1 full time fourth level full time administrative staff and EUR 53 923,68 for the Technical Director, full time for the first 12 months and part time - 2/5 - for the years following the first). The tender procedure will be awarded in a single and indivisible lot due to the cost-effectiveness resulting from economies of scale and the related administrative and technical-health benefits. It should also be noted that this option is in line with the current organizational structure of the institute, which is based on a centralized model of management choices and is designed to ensure savings related to the management, by a single operator, of contracts to be signed with the parent companies for second-level maintenance operations.
