The purpose of this framework agreement is the routine maintenance and repairs of the collective playgrounds and recreational sports equipment in the commune of Montfermeil.
The purpose of this framework agreement is the routine maintenance and repairs of the collective playgrounds and recreational sports equipment (sports equipment) of the commune of Montfermeil, with a view to maintaining these facilities in a safe state, in compliance with the standards and regulations in force. The playgrounds can be located in early childhood structures, schools, leisure centres and green spaces. This framework agreement shall be concluded for a period of one year from 1.1.2021 and shall be tacitly renewable three times for periods of one year, the total duration of the framework agreement not exceeding four years. The contract is a single-awarded framework agreement with purchase orders concluded for a maximum annual order value of EUR 120 000 (excluding VAT). A site visit is compulsory. The site visit will take place between 7.9.2020 and 11.9.2020. No other visits will be organised. Applicants must first contact the municipal technical services (tel +33 141707042). The representatives of the contracting authority will inform them of the possible dates, time slots, place of meeting and will prepare the relevant documents for the visit. A visit certificate will then be given to the candidates. It must be attached to the tender, failing which it will be rejected.
