The subject of the order in task no. 1 is to perform technical inspections of the MES manufacturer's equipment. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for Task No. 1 is attached as Appendix 1.1 to the ToR. The Awarding Entity, within the scope of Task No. 1, provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the PPL Act, which will consist in repetition of medical equipment inspection services with a net value of PLN 3 421.58, which is the equivalent of EUR 793.56. These contracts will be awarded following a separate public procurement procedure under a direct award.These contracts will be awarded where the services covered by the contract have to be provided for equipment not covered by the scope of the basic contract, as well as where it is necessary or advisable to provide more services (surveys) than those provided for the contract in question under the basic contract. Necessity or legitimacy of awarding a supplementary contract may arise, in particular, from the need to cover the service of additional equipment or the need to secure the performance of inspections of equipment after the completion of the basic contract and not yet concluded a new agreement on public procurement The subject matter of the contract in Task 2 is the performance of technical inspections of equipment of the manufacturer Dermalight.
