Netherlands - Repair and maintenance services of measuring equipment

Description

This invitation to tender relates to the purchase of new measuring equipment, including maintenance during the functional life of the equipment. The Contracting Authority (a total of 8 water boards/high water councils) intends to conclude a Framework Contract with a maximum of five (5) suppliers and a minimum of two (2) suppliers for a period of two (2) years, with the option of unilaterally extending the contracts four (4) times by one (1) year under the same conditions. This will bring the total term of the Framework Contract to a maximum of 72 months.
The objective of the tendering procedure is for each Waterboard participating in this tendering procedure to have signed a Framework Contract no later than 1 January 2022 with at least two (2) and a maximum of five (5) parties for the performance of the Assignment (which is described in Section 2.1). The scope of the Contract includes: a. The supply of the measuring equipment; b. The performance of preventive and corrective maintenance on the measuring equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance instructions. The maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed Service Level level. c. Supplying chemicals (reagents and standards). d. Supplying consumable parts of the Measuring Equipment.
