France - Repair and maintenance services of fire-extinguishing systems

Description

The TAC fire safety installations are encountering malfunctions due to obsolete equipment (detector, wiring and cabinet), and need to be renovated. This renovation will make it possible to have the same type of equipment for the whole site (compatibility of associativity between the different fire cabinets).The site fire detection and protection equipment is planned to be operational for a minimum of 15 years. The production site of the TAC of Port-Est is composed of:- 3 fire cabinets of different brands,- 2 CO2 extinguishing systems,- 1 extinguishing system for the 2 PAF,- 1 fire pumping system.The holder is in charge of the design of the new fire architecture. The holder can propose several architectures to optimize the number of equipment (number of fire cabinets, fire boxes and cabling) The new installation must be operational in parallel with the old one so that there is no unavailability on the fire safety installations. At the end of the deployment, the holder must provide for the removal of the old installation and install the latest generation equipment, communicating in network in bus mode.
