The subject matter of the contract is the Contractor's repair of control, monitoring and automation systems and electrical installations of OP-230 boilers No. 2, 3, 4 at Siekierki CHP Plant, together with the supply of necessary materials, spare parts, apparatus and devices, structural elements and installations and the preparation of preparatory documentation, executive and as-built technical documentation. A detailed description of the subject of Part 1 of the contract is included in the model contract 19DOZ936-1, attached as Appendix No. 4 to the Instructions for Contractors. The subject of the contract is the Contractor's repair of control and measurement systems and electrical installations of the BFB-185 boiler No. 1 and biomass installation in Siekierki CHP Plant, together with the supply of necessary materials, spare parts, apparatus and equipment, structural elements and installations and the preparation of preparatory documentation, executive and as-built technical documentation. A detailed description of the subject of part 2 of the contract is included in the model contract 19DOZ936-2, which constitutes Appendix No. 5 to the Instructions for Contractors. The subject matter of the contract is the Contractor's repair of control and measurement systems and electrical installations of boilers WP-120 No. 5, 6, 7 in EC Siekierki, together with the supply of necessary materials, spare parts, apparatus and devices, structural elements and installations and the preparation of preparatory documentation, executive and as-built technical documentation. A detailed description of the subject of Part 3 of the contract is included in the model contract 19DOZZ936-3, attached as Appendix No. 6 to the Instructions for Contractors. The subject of the contract is the Contractor's repair of AKPiA systems and electrical installations of boilers K-8, K-9, K-14, K-15 and turbine sets Tz-9, Tz-10 in EC Siekierki, together with the supply of necessary materials, spare parts, apparatus and devices, structural elements and installations and the preparation of preparatory documentation, technical and as-built documentation.A detailed description of the subject of part 4 of the contract is included in the model contract 19DOZZ936-4, which constitutes Appendix No. 7 to the Instructions for Contractors. The subject of the contract is to perform by the Contractor for the Contracting Authority a repair of control, monitoring and automation systems and security systems for the installation of heat network, cooling water, light oil, ash removal, carburizing, water management, MIOS in EC Siekierki, together with the supply of necessary materials, spare parts, apparatus and equipment, structural elements and installation and the preparation of preparatory documentation, technical executive and as-built documentation.A detailed description of the subject of part 5 of the contract is included in the model contract 19DOZZ936-5 attached as Appendix No. 8 to the Instructions for Contractors. The subject matter of the contract is the repair of AKPiA systems in C Kawęczyn by the Contractor for the Principal, together with the supply of necessary materials, spare parts, apparatus and devices, structural elements and installation, as well as the preparation of preparatory documentation, technical executive and as-built documentation. A detailed description of the subject of part 6 of the contract is included in the model contract 19DOZZ936-6, attached as Appendix No. 9 to the Instructions for Contractors.
