Italy - Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical installations of buildings

Description

Service of painting ovens and drying booths for buses, trams and trains, sandblasting booth, smoke and dust extraction system for bus body shop boxes in ATAC sites.
The total presumed value of the contract put out to tender is EUR 620 670,70, excluding VAT of which: - EUR 303 360,00 plus VAT as the amount for the routine maintenance service to be compensated per body, subject to a tendering discount, - EUR 315 666,00 plus VAT as the amount for the corrective maintenance service to be compensated per body, subject to a tendering discount, - EUR 1 644,70 as the amount for safety charges. In accordance with art. 23 of Legislative Decree no. 50/16, the following labour costs have been identified as follows: EUR 297 563.45. The contract may have a shorter duration if there are higher provisions binding on the client, resulting from the total or partial failure of the local public transport service by the institutional bodies of the client, which make it impossible to continue in the terms and conditions provided for in the contract considered in its entirety.
