France - Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations

Description

The contract includes two maintenance packages from levels 1 to 5, 2007 Parkeon PLCs, Under warranty (SG) and Out of warranty (HG), depending on the technicality of the devices:- package 1: Maintenance of A7PK (2007 PLCs with AAB (Bank Note Acceptor).The contract for Lot 1 is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and a maximum amount over three years - Lot 2: Maintenance of A7SB (PLC 2007 without ABB) The contract for Lot 2 is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and a maximum amount over three years.The maintenance interventions to be carried out within the framework of the lots are:- The implementation of prevention plans;- Preventive maintenance of the equipment (1 preventive visit per PLC 2007 and per year);- Curative maintenance of the equipment (including minor vandalism);- Workshop repair of defective sub-assemblies;- Removal, transport and return of parts and sub-assemblies to be repaired;- Follow-up.
Lot 1: Maintenance of A7PKThe contract for Lot 1 is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and a maximum amount. The minimum for Lot 1 includes:- Maintenance of 250 A7PKs from levels 1 to 5, over two years;- Maintenance of 275 A7PKs from levels 1 to 5, over three years;- A budget envelope for VANDALISM INTERVENTIONS (defined in the price schedule);- Supply of 550 batteries for 275 A7PKs. Lot 2: Maintenance of A7SB The contract for Lot 2 is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and a maximum amount. The minimum for Lot 2 includes:- Maintenance of 190 A7SBs from levels 1 to 5, over two years;- Maintenance of 210 A7SBs from levels 1 to 5, over three years;- A budget envelope for interventions related to vandalism (defined in the price schedule);- The supply of 420 batteries for 210 A7SBs.
