France - Repair and maintenance services of central heating systems

Description

The operation concerns heating and hot water production equipment. This equipment includes the installations in the boiler room or adjacent, the transport and distribution networks, up to the heat emitters and their accessories. The operation also includes an air handling unit at the OPAC 36 headquarters, the equipment itself, the extraction and bulk air vents in the corridors and offices. Finally, a geothermal heat pump as well as conventional gas heat pumps and fields of solar thermal collectors are part of the equipment to be operated. The execution of the contract includes an obligation of guarantee of results and means.
The contract is of the following types:- MTI (temperature contract with profit-sharing clause) for 27 collective installations;- PFI (fixed-price contract with profit-sharing clause) for two installations (a substation of a municipal heating network and a collective hot water production system);- MCI (metering contract with profit-sharing clause) for six collective installations;- PF (fixed-price contract) for five installations with direct expansion heat pumps, a MARPA and a residential home for the elderly. The contract is of type:

- MTI (temperature market with profit-sharing clause) for 27 collective installations;

- PFI (fixed-price contract with profit-sharing clause) for two installations: (a substation of a municipal heating network, and the production of collective hot water);

- MCI (Metering Contract with Incentive Clause) for six collective facilities;

- PF (Package Service Contract) for five facilities with direct relaxation CAP, a MARPA and a residential home for the elderly.
