Description

Operation and maintenance "MTI-PFI" with total guarantee and profit-sharing for the production and distribution installations of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and domestic hot water in the intermunicipal buildings in the territories of Cesson and Vert-Saint-Denis.
Operation and maintenance of the production and distribution facilities for heating, air conditioning, ventilation and domestic hot water in the intercommunal buildings of the Syndicat intercommunal de Cesson et Vert-Saint-Denis. Realization of the following services: - P1 services: supply of energy/fuel;- P2 services: maintenance and minor maintenance;- P3 services: major maintenance and renewal (full guarantee);- objective of profit-sharing on energy consumption;- services on order forms These services will be carried out in accordance with the administrative and technical provisions specified in the Special Administrative Clauses Booklet (CCAP) and the Special Technical Clauses Booklet (CCTP) and annexes. The characteristics of the services and equipment are specified in the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP) and its appendices. The Contractor shall be deemed to have checked the content of the specifications prior to drawing up his tender during the site visit.
