Description

The services consist of carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on the specific equipment concerned in several nuclear buildings at the CEA Centre de Valduc: glove box regulation and safety, electromechanical machines, electrical equipment, refrigeration equipment and associated networks, vacuum pumps and associated networks, effluent networks and tanks (excluding process assets), automation, welding machines, carrousels, gaseous fluids.....The service includes in particular:- carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on the equipment concerned,- carrying out technical control and monitoring,- carrying out specific periodic checks and tests on equipment,- carrying out glove box leakage checks,- carrying out analysis and improvement services,- managing the activity and support elements (supply of spare parts, documentation, etc.),- managing the maintenance of the equipment,- managing the maintenance of the equipment,- managing the maintenance of the equipment.The selected company must be able to intervene in less than 30 minutes during working hours with qualified and authorized teams (corrective maintenance). The duration of the contract is 36 months (firm) and 24 months (optional) per 12-month period. The number of equipment concerned is estimated at 7,000.
