Description

The Municipality of Rheden intends to organise preventive and corrective maintenance for the properties in its property portfolio for a longer period of time. By carrying out this work, the Municipality of Rheden aims to realise a manageable property portfolio in a good state of repair. Corrective maintenance: Corrective maintenance is aimed at repairs based on faults and complaints. Preventive maintenance: preventive maintenance is aimed at maintaining function, preventing and solving health and safety risks and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The activities and services to be performed by the contractor consist in general of: - carrying out preventive maintenance on building-related electrical and mechanical installations aimed at the preservation of function and quality, safety and health, with the exception of lifts, - carrying out corrective maintenance and repairs on all building-related and nonbuildrelated electrical and mechanical installations, with the exception of lifts, - carrying out and reporting on, from the point of view of legislation and regulations, compulsory/necessary inspections and inspections aimed particularly at safety, health and the environment, and reporting on these, - periodically accounting for corrective maintenance carried out, progress in preventive maintenance and inspections/inspections performed.
