Open procedure, pursuant to art. 36, paragraph 9 and art. 60, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, divided into a single lot, for the assignment of the multi-service operation and maintenance service - ordinary (at a fee) and extraordinary (on request) - of the plants with garrison, small building maintenance and green areas at the regional headquarters for Friuli-Venezia Giulia.The maximum total amount of the contract, which constitutes the basis for the auction, was estimated at EUR 213 082,94 (two hundred and thirteen thousand eighty-two/94), I.V.A. excluded, divided as follows:- EUR 192 940,00 (one hundred and ninety-two thousand nine hundred and forty/00), as the amount for the ordinary maintenance service (at a fee) to be offered at a discount,- EUR 19 294,00 (nineteen thousand two hundred and ninety-four/00 euros), as the extraordinary maintenance activity (on request) to be offered at a discount,- EUR 848,94 (eight hundred and forty-eight/94 euros), as the security charges arising from interference risks not subject to a discount.Pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 11, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, RAI reserves the right to extend the duration of the contract/framework agreement for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor.Rai reserves the right, if the contractual amount (to be understood as the award amount of the reference lot) should not be exhausted at the end of the contractual term, to extend the duration of the relative contract for the time necessary for the use of the entire contractual amount.
