Description

The subject of the contract is to provide in the years 2019÷2022 to military units of the Polish Armed Forces services related to maintenance of Mi-2 helicopters (excluding GTD-350 aircraft engines of all versions and WR-2 gearboxes), i.e.: repairs (improvements), maintenance works (maintenance), modifications, implementation of technical bulletins and technical assistance (engineering support), including delivery and replacement of technical means of material (tape) necessary to improve the equipment within the scope of services provided. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for a period of time: - not less than 12 months or 200 hours of work (depending on what will be earlier) for new products built on the equipment, - not less than 6 months or 100 hours of work (depending on what will be earlier) for used products built on the equipment, - not less than 6 months for works performed but not longer than until the moment of performing similar works on the equipment by the User or until the moment when similar works had to be performed due to the reasons in operation. The warranty period is counted from the moment of handing over the equipment to the User. The subject of the order will be subject to military acceptance by the Regional Military Representation on the principles specified in § 7 of the "contract template" attached as Appendix No. 6 to this ToR. If the technical activities related to the performance of the contract (including, among others, assembly and disassembly of equipment, inspection of equipment, transport of equipment and its components, repair of equipment) consist in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 §1 of the Labour Code, the persons performing the said activities shall be employed by the Contractor/Subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract. The awarding of the contract does not involve making classified information referred to in the Act of 5 August 2010 on the protection of classified information (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1167, as amended) available to the Contractor.
