Poland - Repair and maintenance services for playground equipment

Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is Maintenance of playgrounds located in the Ursynów District of the Capital City of Warsaw in the years 2023-2024, with a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract determined by: Description and technical standards for the performance of the subject matter of the contract - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ; Draft provisions of the contract with annexes constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ; Price form constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ2) Obligations arising from the social clause1. The Contracting Authority in the present proceedings shall apply the social clause on the basis of Article 95 (1) of the Public Procurement Law.

The Contracting Authority shall apply the social clause in the present proceedings on the basis of Article 95 (1) of the Public Procurement Law3) SUBJECT CONTRACTS:The Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Public Procurement Law with a total value of up to PLN 397,000.00 net consisting in: maintenance of playgrounds located in the Ursynów District of the City of Warsaw. The contract will be awarded on the condition that the Contracting Authority has the necessary funds and will be implemented under the terms of the basic contract.
