Description

The services concern the maintenance and operation of CEA assets located on the Fontenayaux Roses and Evry sites and are divided into 8 technical lots detailed as follows: Lot 1: High voltage and power units on the FAR site; Lot 2: Low voltage on the FAR site; Lot 3: Heating, ventilation and air conditioning for tertiary and laboratory buildings on the FAR site; Lot 4: Fluids for tertiary and laboratory buildings on the FAR site.Lot n°04 : Fluids for the tertiary and laboratory buildings on the FAR site.Lot n°05 : Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, fluids for interventions in basic nuclear installations (INB) on the FAR site and management of the mask laboratory.Lot n°06 : Lifting on the FAR site.Lot n°7 : Lifts on the FAR site.Lot n°8 : Multi-technical services on the Evry siteThe start of the services is set for April 1, 2022 (March 1, 2022 in the event of incoming reversibility)
The services to be performed relate to the maintenance of the low-voltage and high-voltage electrical power distribution installations, generators and outdoor lighting managed by the Scientific and Technical Support Department (DSST). The scope includes the site of the CEA centre in Fontenay-aux-Roses and the weather and environmental monitoring stations.These services mainly consist of- preventive and corrective maintenance operations up to and including level 4, in accordance with the terminology of standards NF EN 13306 and NF X 60-000, by carrying out all the actions necessary to ensure the durability of the equipment, to keep it in good working order and to correct any defects, disorders and breakdowns that may affect it,- the management of supplies and stocks- the follow-up and traceability of actions in CMMS,- the management of documentation,- the Management, Quality, Safety and Environment,- the supply of consumables,- the implementation of a 24-hour on-call system The services concern maintenance in the field of low current electricity, for interventions in all the installations of the CEA site of FAR.These services mainly consist in ensuring:- preventive and corrective maintenance operations up to and including level 4, in accordance with the terminology of the NF EN 13306 and NF X 60-000 standards, by carrying out all the actions necessary to perpetuate the equipment, keep it in good working order and correct any defects, disorders and breakdowns that may affect it,- management of supplies and stocks,- the follow-up and traceability of actions in CMMS,- the management of documentation,- the Management, Quality, Safety and Environment,- the supply of consumables,- the implementation of a 24-hour on-call system The services concern the maintenance of ventilation, air conditioning and heating, for interventions in the tertiary buildings and laboratories of the CEA in Fontenay aux Roses.The premises concerned by the services are located outside the basic nuclear installations (INB). These services mainly consist of ensuring:- preventive and corrective maintenance operations up to and including level 4, in accordance with the terminology of standards NF EN 13306 and NF X 60-000, by carrying out all the actions necessary to ensure the durability of the equipment, to keep it in good working order and to correct any faults, disorders and breakdowns that may affect it,- the management of supplies and stocks,- monitoring and traceability of actions in CMMS,- management of documentation,- management, quality, safety and environment,- supply of consumables,- implementation of a 24-hour on-call system Lot 4 concerns fluid services for interventions outside the INB, outside the CEA's radiologically regulated zones. The services mainly consist in ensuring- preventive and corrective maintenance operations up to and including level 4, in accordance with the terminology of standards NF EN 13306 and NF X 60-000, by carrying out all the actions necessary to ensure the durability of the equipment, to keep it in good working order and to correct any defects, disorders and breakdowns that may affect it,- the management of supplies and stocks- monitoring and traceability of actions in CMMS,- management of documentation,- management, quality, safety and environment,- supply of consumables,- implementation of a 24-hour on-call system Lot 5 concerns heating, ventilation, air conditioning and fluids services for interventions in basic nuclear installations (INB) at the Fontenay aux Roses site.The premises concerned are those of the basic nuclear installations n°165 and 166.These services mainly consist of ensuring:- preventive and corrective maintenance operations up to and including level 4, in accordance with the terminology of standards NF EN 13306 and NF X 60-000, by carrying out all the actions necessary to ensure the durability of the equipment, to keep it in good working order and to correct defects, management of supplies and stocks,- monitoring and traceability of actions in CMMS,- management of documentation,- Quality, Safety and Environmental Management,- supply of consumables,- implementation of a 24-hour on-call system. Lot 6 concerns maintenance services in the fields of lifting, handling equipment, mechanised doors, etc, for interventions in all the installations of the Fontenay aux Roses site:- preventive and corrective maintenance operations up to and including level 4, in accordance with the terminology of standards NF EN 13306 and NF X 60-000, by carrying out all the actions necessary to ensure the durability of the equipment, to keep it in good working order and to correct any faults, disorders and breakdowns that may affect it,- management of supplies and stocks,- monitoring and traceability of actions in CMMS,- management of documentation,- Management, Quality, Safety and Environment,- supply of consumables,- implementation of a 24-hour on-call system Lot 7 concerns maintenance services in the fields of lifts and goods lifts, etc., for interventions in all the installations at the Fontenay aux Roses site.These services mainly consist of ensuring:- preventive and corrective maintenance operations up to and including level 4, in accordance with the terminology of standards NF EN 13306 and NF X 60-000, by carrying out all actions necessary to ensure the durability of the equipment, keep it in good working order and correct defects, management of supplies and stocks,- monitoring and traceability of actions in CMMS,- management of documentation,- Quality, Safety and Environmental Management,- supply of consumables,- implementation of a 24-hour on-call system. Lot 8 concerns multi-technical maintenance services for work in the biology laboratory buildings on the Evry site of the CEA Paris-Saclay.The multi-technical maintenance services include the following 5 areas:- High voltage- Low voltage- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning- Fluids- Lifts These services consist of ensuring:- preventive and corrective maintenance operations up to and including level 4, in accordance with the terminology of the NF EN 13306 and NF X 60-000 standards, by carrying out all the actions necessary to ensure the durability of the equipment, to keep it in good working order and to correct defects, the management of supplies and stocks,- the follow-up and traceability of actions in CMMS,- the management of documentation,- the Management, Quality, Safety and Environment,- the supply of consumables,- the implementation of a 24-hour on-call system.
