Description

As part of the development and maintenance of the metropolitan building heritage, the Metropole of Greater Nancy uses specialized service providers to carry out mandatory and periodic maintenance operations. The operation is broken down into 16 lots, the technical specifications of which are described in the Cctp. Each lot will be executed for a part at fixed prices, completed by a part at unit prices with purchase orders (except for lot 1 which will be executed only with purchase orders).site visits for lots 8 and 16 are mandatory (see Article 5.2 of the consultation rules). the estimated amounts for the lump sum part and the maximum amounts for the unit price part are indicated in Article 1.4 of the consultation rules.
