Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide maintenance, upkeep and compliance services relating to low-voltage electricity, high-voltage electricity, lifts and sliding and sectional doors for IFAPME and the beneficiary contracting authorities. It is made up of thirteen lots in order to take account of the different locations of the buildings and to distinguish between the trades relating to general electricity and electromechanical engineering:- lot 1: maintenance of lifts and goods lifts;- lot 2: maintenance of sliding doors;- lot 3: maintenance of sectional doors;- lot 4: maintenance of low-voltage and high-voltage electricity Charleroi;- lot 5: maintenance of low-voltage and high-voltage electricity Tournai;- lot 6: maintenance of low and high voltage electricity Mons, Braine-Le-Comte and La Louvière;- lot 7: maintenance of low and high voltage electricity Limal, Perwez and Les Isnes;- lot 8: maintenance of low and high voltage electricity Namur;- lot 9: maintenance of low and high voltage electricity Dinant;- lot 10: low and high voltage electricity maintenance Arlon, Marloie and Libramont;- lot 11: low and high voltage electricity maintenance Villers-Le-Bouillet and Grâce-Hollogne;- lot 12: low and high voltage electricity maintenance Liège city centre;- lot 13: low and high voltage electricity maintenance Verviers.Tenderers' attention is drawn to the fact that these special specifications relate only to lots 4 to 13. Lots 1, 2 and 3 were launched in 2019 and awarded at the beginning of 2020.
