Comprehensive operation and maintenance of the Network Heat Assets (SMC) of Kogeneracja S.A. in Siechnice Commune and Zawidawa - inspections, maintenance, servicing, repairs, elimination of failures and faults in the field of district heating networks and connections, heat substations and control, measurement and settlement devices (URiPR), operation of the AMR system of remote heat meter readings together with the connection of new heat consumers to this system, reading of these devices URiPR and 24-hour on-call duty service for the operation of the AMR system, installations and heat distribution devices including- inspections, maintenance, servicing, liquidation of failures and faults in the field of district heating networks and connections, - inspections, maintenance, servicing, liquidation of failures and faults in the field of district heating substations and control and measurement and settlement devices, - readings of measurement and settlement devices, - 24-hour emergency service for the servicing of district heating systems and devices,- comprehensive service of the AMR system (remote reading of heat meters), including the service of the existing system and adding new elements, - carrying out repairs in the field of networks and district heating connections, heat substations and control, measurement and settlement devices, - servicing of internal installations (c.o. i d.h.w.), thermal installations supplying air handling units and an oil boiler house in the Provita building in the Zawidawa area.
