Description

a) the subject matter of this contract is the service consisting in the replacement of luminaires in the city of Krakow; b) the contract should be performed on the basis of the following documentation: - essential provisions of the contract (IPU) - Annex 2 to the ToR, - material scope - Annex 6 to the ToR, - situation plan - Annex 7 to the ToR, - guidelines for lighting - Annex 8 to the ToR, - estimated amount of work - Annex 11 to the ToR; c) required period of quality guarantee:- at least 36 months,- maximum 60 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for the performed works, counting from the day following the date of signing the acceptance protocol for the subject of the agreement;d) deadline for the execution of the agreement and acceptance of works: 10 December 2020.
