Description

Due to the unknown number of potential repairers per supply number, no quantity lot or partial lot will be formed at the stage of the tender competition.The bidders must take into account when submitting their bids that the information on the respective specialist lots is merely estimated requirements derived from past values and includes any additional requirements that may arise. The actual orders placed during the term of the contract may differ with regard to the requirement quantities of the respective supply numbers contained in a specialist lot. The upper limit for the respective order shall in any case be the total quantity summarised in the relevant specialist lot. The term of the contract begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2024.If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends, for whatever legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by means of a special right of termination.Furthermore, the client reserves the right to an optional extension of the framework agreement until 31.12.2025.
