Description

The order comprises the factory overhaul of oil pump assembly, combustion engine of the Leopard 1 family system and Ustg FZ. When submitting their bids, bidders must take into account that the data on the respective lots are only estimates derived from past values and include any additional requirements that may arise. The actual orders placed during the contract term may differ with regard to the quantities required for the respective supply numbers contained in a compartment lot and the compartment lot as a whole. In any case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity contained in the respective compartment lot (sum of the quantities of the individual supply numbers). This contract does not create an obligation for the customer to place individual orders. The term of the contract begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2022. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the German Armed Forces ends, regardless of the legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special right of termination. Furthermore, the client reserves the right to extend the framework agreement optionally until 31.12.2023.
