Germany - Repair and maintenance of security and defence equipment

Description

The order includes the factory repair of windows of the Fennek system. When submitting their bids, the bidders must take into account that the details of the respective lots are only estimates derived from historical values and contain any additional requirements that may arise. The actual orders placed during the contract period may differ with regard to the quantities required for the respective supply numbers contained in a compartment lot and the compartment lot as a whole. The upper limit for the respective order is always the total quantity contained in the respective compartment lot (sum of the quantities of the individual supply numbers). This contract does not create an obligation for the Customer to place individual orders. The term of the contract begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2022. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends, regardless of the legal grounds, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special right of termination. Furthermore, the client reserves the right to an optional extension of the framework agreement until 31.12.2023.
