Germany - Repair and maintenance of generators

Description

30 000 operating hours (Bh)-maintenance according to manufacturer's specifications on modules A and B of the type: JMS 416 GS- B.LC as well as various works on the generators and heat distributors, as well as the gas control lines for biogas. The work will be carried out in the first quarter of 2020. An on-site appointment is required before submitting an offer in order to obtain information on the local conditions and to take up the necessary services at the heating islands. The total price of the offer shall be evaluated, virtually the failure costs of 2,000 EUR per module and day shall be evaluated at 100 %. For deliveries and services of the contractor and/or third parties, the scope of which cannot be calculated in the offer phase, a lump-sum price shall be accepted. This price describes the actual costs incurred, such as the purchase or additional purchase of supplies and services, which must be documented. These prices are subject to a surcharge, which is included in the valuation. If a refund is offered for reusable parts, information must be attached to the offer and shown in the bill of quantities with minimum remuneration.
