Description

The subject matter of the contract is the independent, quality-oriented and independent performance of recurring inspections (WKP), preventive maintenance (VBI), other inspection work, maintenance and repair work, troubleshooting and plant adaptations to process, machine, ventilation and building services equipment in all buildings of KTE in accordance with the specifications of the OP.5 Specifically, these are services provided by the Contractor for KTE within the scope of a contract for work and services.5.2 Scope of Delivery and Services of the ContractorThe exact working procedures shall be agreed between the Client and the Contractor upon the announcement of the dates and the scope of the respective inspections to be performed (WKP), preventive maintenance (VBI), other inspection work, maintenance and repair work, troubleshooting and plant adjustments. The Contractor undertakes:- to perform the Services in accordance with the List of Services- to provide the Contractor with supervision (person responsible for work (WP) and supervisor on site (PO)), see Section 6.5- to plan, coordinate and carry out the contractually agreed services in accordance with the laws, regulations, instructions of the Principal and the manufacturer's specifications - to carry out the work preparation and the inspection for the work to be carried out - to maintain operating equipment - to assemble, install and commission electrical systems such as power generation and distribution systems, low voltage systems, battery systems, communication systems, telephone systems, BMA, call and warning systems - to carry out assembly work - to carry out the work preparation and the inspection for the work to be carried out - to carry out the work preparation and the inspection for the work to be carried out - to carry out the maintenance of the work equipment - to carry out the assembly, installation and commissioning of electrical systems such as power generation and distribution systems, low voltage systems, communication systems, telephone systems, BMA, call and warning systems - to carry out the assembly work - to carry out the assembly work, Dismantling and modification work on operational systems as well as on the auxiliary equipment and devices of the decommissioning facilities- Carrying out activities accompanying and supporting decommissioning in accordance with approved work schedules or work instructions of the WG- Carrying out general maintenance and repair work on the infrastructure of the individual plants- Carrying out general maintenance and repair work on the infrastructure of the individual plants- Carrying out general maintenance and repair work on the infrastructure of the individual plants- Carrying out general maintenance and repair work on the decommissioning facilities and maintenance work on the equipment in the electrotechnical workshops- Carrying out the tests in accordance with the relevant test instructions on the specified test dates- Reporting the defects found during the tests- Removing the defects found during the tests insofar as this is ordered by the Principal and is possible without the involvement of further specialist companies- 5 working days before the start of work, the Contractor must obtain the required work permit certificates (AE) and/or and check for correctness - to deliver, infiltrate and use only materials, building materials, equipment etc. which have been commissioned, inspected and approved by the building authorities. The Contractor shall submit valid test certificates and EC declaration of conformity. If deviations from this are necessary, the consent of the Customer will be obtained in writing before the order or delivery - materials, building materials, equipment etc. that are no longer usable. to mark clearly- to take part in the weekly meetings of the technical service electrical engineering (TTE)- to separate waste, also oils, liquids, as far as economically justifiable and reasonable, and to dispose of it in the waste containers, containers provided by the Principal- to operate lifting gear, industrial trucks, aerial work platforms, motor vehicles and crane systems- to guide the lifting gear, industrial trucks, aerial work platforms and crane systems within the scope of the work ordered- to organise the work for its employees- to document and track the actual status of the work carried out
