Germany - Repair anchor pipe tour flooding borehole - construction work

Description

Repair work is required to restore the functionality of the Großbodungen flood borehole. The deep well has a connection to the mine field, methane-containing mine gases rise continuously to the surface wellhead. Consideration of this site condition is the focus of the upcoming work.
The measure will be divided into 3 lots:
LOS 1:

Site setup and work in the drill cellar. Includes operational work in the drilled cellar (approx. 3 x 4m; approx. 2.8m below ground level), removal of the cellar floor around the borehole and restoration of the surface to allow subsequent WHG coating.
LOS 2:

Design of a pressure-resistant leakage seal and welding and testing work for installation. Includes work to temporarily seal the damaged area to establish a non-explosive condition in the drilled cellar during subsequent work and to close the leak by creating a pressure-resistant seal.
LOS 3:

Services for corrosion protection measures at the wellhead and coating of the borehole cellar in accordance with WHG. Includes sandblasting work, application of anti-corrosion paint to the borehole head and application of a coating for the cellar approved in accordance with WHG.
