Description

The purpose of the contract is to carry out yard movements, on the PFC of Moissy Cramayel (77556), with the appropriate means: yard carrier/tractor and drivers, for semi-trailers and swap bodies.Additional services may also be provided by the service provider:- monitoring the condition of the equipment (semi-trailers and swap bodies);- checking the resources and providing information on any anomalies identified;- first-level maintenance of the equipment (semi-trailers and swap bodies);- short-distance haulage;- in the event of heavy traffic loads, exceptional operations or the end of the year period, the PFC in question may request overtime or use additional drivers and standard tractors/carriers.In the framework of the future contract, the services cannot be subcontracted and must be performed personally by the holder.
The purpose of the contract is to carry out yard movements on the PFC at Moissy Cramayel (77556), with the appropriate means: yard carrier/tractor and drivers, for semi-trailers and swap bodies.Additional services may also be provided by the service provider:- monitoring the condition of the equipment (semi-trailers and swap bodies);- checking the resources and providing information on any anomalies identified;- first-level maintenance of the equipment (semi-trailers and swap bodies);- short-distance haulage;- in the event of heavy traffic loads, exceptional operations or the end of the year period, the PFC in question may request overtime or use additional drivers and standard tractors/carriers.The movements of yard tractors are as follows:- from the arrival area to the internal or external car park;- from the car park to the arrival doors for unloading;- from the arrival doors to the departure doors for loading;- from the arrival doors to the internal or external car park for parking;- from the car park to the departure doors for loading;- from the departure doors to the internal or external car park for parking;- from the car park to the departure doors for loading or parking;- from the internal car park to the external car park for parking before unloading or loading.The services will be carried out, outside the end of the year period and exceptional circumstances, during the following time slots:- from 2.00 a.m. to 4.00 a.m. on Mondays;- from 5.15 a.m. to 4.00 a.m. from Tuesday to Friday;- from 5.15 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. on Saturdays. As an indication, the average number of yard movements at present is as follows:- January to October: approximately 350 movements/day;- November to December: approximately 450 movements/day.
