Construction site logistics (VE600) U81/1.BA Flughafen-Freiligrathplatz:The U81 light rail line / 1st construction phase has a total length of approx. 1.9 km. North of the existing Freiligrathplatz stop, the project connects at grade with the existing tracks of the U79 light rail line to and from Duisburg. From here, the route of the U81 / 1st construction phase will be routed centrally between the existing tracks of the U79 at ground level with a ramp structure onto the bridge at high level. On this new bridge over the Nordstern, the route first crosses Danziger Strasse (B8) and then the A44 autobahn in a wide right-hand curve from the south to the east. This is followed by a dam structure and the Tor-1 bridge to the underpass of the airport road. A ramp leads the light rail tracks from the bridge back down to the street level of the new Airport Road. At the western end of the Airport City business park, the light rail alignment will run from the surface to grade. Partly below the planned airport development and adjacent to the existing Hotel and Congress Center, the new Airport Terminal subway station will be located and will form the conclusion of the 1st construction phase.The structural work is currently in the execution phase. In parallel, tenders are now being invited for the technical equipment and architectural finishing work. The client has decided that, due to the complexity of the construction project and the large number of contractors involved, parts of the construction logistics for the finishing phase are to be transferred to a separate contractor.The scope of the contract includes the provision and construction-related execution of construction site logistics for the finishing phase.The scope of the contract includes the provision and construction-accompanying implementation of construction site logistics for the phase of expansion.The construction site logistics essentially includes:- transport logistics with coordination of the transport system in the tunnel (2-way transport equipment is provided by the CL.),- the transport management, online registration system with operation,- the equipping and operation of the 4 above-ground construction site equipment areas and underground BE areas of the station including scaffolding, hoisting equipment and construction elevator,- the provision and operation of container facilities,- construction site security, access control and guarding,- waste disposal management,- construction site supply with construction power and construction water,- management of above-ground and underground storage, assembly and scaffolding areas,- execution planning and execution of the BE areas, escape routes and traffic routing.The execution period of the services comprises approx. 21 months.
