Sealed bids will be received by the City of Granby until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, August 1, 2019, for the rental of a grader without an operator for snow removal work.
To be received, all bids must be physically, in sealed envelopes, at the reception desk of City Hall located at 87 rue Principale in Granby, before the time and date mentioned above.
The bidder must obtain the bid document directly from the Electronic Bidding System (OBCS) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1-866-669-7326 or 514-856-6600 or by visiting the website www.seao.ca . Documents must be obtained at a cost determined by the OACS.
The bidder must have an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the City of Granby under the terms of the call for tenders.
Any bid must be filed and submitted on the bid form provided for this purpose, and must comply with the conditions set out in this Request for Proposal and the accompanying specifications.
With its bid, the bidder must provide a bid security of at least 10% of the total bid amount (including taxes) in the form of a certified cheque drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or credit union, payable to the City of Granby or an irrevocable bank letter of guarantee or a guarantee of the same value.
The City of Granby does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids submitted and incurs no obligation to the bidders. Submissions will be opened on the day and time indicated above at Granby City Hall. Bidders are invited to attend the opening of the bids.
